Australian Bureau of Meteorology | the BOM website is an incredibly useful resource covering all of Australia's states and territories. Inside you will find weather forecasts, rain radar, synoptic & satellite charts, tide times and a host of other useful info.
The Australian Early Warning Network is a subscriber service available free of charge to the Australian public and its aim is to save lives and property. EWN provides free emergency alerts via SMS and email to subscribers covering every weather event from severe weather warnings through to tsunamis. EWN monitors and tracks potentially dangerous weather systems and uses the network to alert people directly in the path of an event such as a thunderstorm with the potential for hail, flash flooding or damaging winds.
Parks Victoria. At the Parks Vic site you will find guides & maps to all Victoria's parks, as well as the lowdown on the current situation in all of our parks & reserves - essential info such as park closures, seasonal track closures, parks guides, fire info, etc can all be found here.
South Australia National Parks and Wildlife. The DEH site contains info on more than 300 parks and reserves in South Australia.
Tourism Victoria | TV is very helpful in assisting us with our marketing and preparing our product for the international market. TV also assists us in meeting key stakeholders when we are looking at introducing our product into other regions of Victoria. Good to do business with.
South Australian Tourism Commission | The SATC is very helpful in assisting us introduce our walks into South Australia and organises meetings for us with key stakeholders and landowners. Good to do business with.
