"All the huts were fascinating to discover inside and out. Snow gums. The plains, where we saw wild brumbies. Last day of trekking over the water soaked terrain, and discovered the wild flowers, and various wild growth. Plus inner trekking of bush, though would have preferred to slow down the pace just a bit to be able to absorb being enveloped by so much natural wild beauty.”

Wonder if some helpful advice on warming up or cooling down plus possible tips on, massaging over worked tight muscles for those of us not used to the sudden impact, could help relax and sleep at end of day. Particularly the first day on which there was a lot of uphill climbing over rock etc"

"Hi Andy
We are back safe and sound and had the best time. Thank you very much for your guide notes and planning. It was perfect for our group. We finished at Princetown so we could return to the light station as a few of us didn’t have time on Thursday to go through.
The Wreck beach walk was an adventure with high tide approaching and a swell, but we made it through and remained dry.
The poles were a great tip and kept us upright. The weather on Saturday and Sunday was sunny and no wind (can you believe that?).
Holly our cook was wonderful and did an amazing job for a “one woman show”. Abby and Bimbi Park manager were friendly, flexible and helpful. Please thank them again from us. We are eight very happy walkers.
