How to Book with Australian Walking Tours (AWT)

 
You have  the following payment options when booking with Australian Walking Tours:

1. BOOK ONLINE Our guided walking tours are bookable instantly online by credit card - just click on the red BOOK NOW button which will take you through to our secure payment gateway. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Note booking online requires 100% payment

2. CREDIT CARD. We accept credit card payments over the phone. We do not store credit card details - we process payments directly by logging into a secure website hosted by Camtech, our online payment gateway which processes our online credit card payments. You incur no fees in this and we do not charge for credit card transactions. Note this is useful if you wish to pay a deposit, make payments quickly or are paying from overseas

3. DIRECT DEPOSIT. We accept payments via direct deposit. Our banking details are included on our invoice. Please use your invoice no. as your Reference no. when paying via direct deposit.

4. CHEQUE. We accept cheques. Your booking will be confirmed when the cheque is cleared. Please make cheques payable to Australian Walking Tours.

Upon receipt of your booking form we will send you an invoice together with our medical form (guided walks only). If paying by direct deposit, please quote our Invoice No. as your Reference. Please make all cheques payable to Australian Walking Tours. Upon confirmation of payment we will send you a Pre Trip Information package.

TRAVEL INSURANCE 

Domestic (Australian) tours: we advise all AWT guests to obtain suitable travel insurance.
International tours: please note that our policy is all our guests must have current travel insurance. If you would like us to help you obtain suitable travel insurance, please contact us and we can direct you to our preferred travel insurance provider.
